Who is it for?

Lessons centre around giving intermediate musicians the keys to independence in their advancement. We talk about the foundation of advanced vocabulary and learn how to transcribe music and analyse it. Students often come to me with a piece/solo they would like to learn or an artist they wish to imitate. We work together on acquiring the language needed to achieve these goals.

I also occasionally give lessons on Composition and Arrangement, sharing my experience working as a Videogame composer and Orchestrator.

Lessons are often a lot of fun and always lead to good conversation.

F.A.Q

frequently asked questions.

I'm a beginner. Is this for me?

If you've never touched an instrument in your life, then it's probably not for you. However, if you can play a few simple chords and basic melodies then you've got what it takes.

How does it work?

Simply chose and book your favourite slot. You'll receive an email confirmation and reminder just before your lesson. You'll also receive the info you need to join the zoom call when it's time for your lesson.

How do I cancel?

If you wish to cancel, please email me at least 24 hours before your booked slot. I'll assist you with rescheduling or issuing a refund if desired.

What do I need?

An internet connection. A free Zoom account. A webcam and a mic.

Can we meet in person?

If you are based in London and would like an in-person lesson, feel free to get in touch with me via email (claude@clauderuelle.net). We can then discuss and arrange a meeting.
